Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network and security infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Routing & Switching environments.
- Work on Spine-Leaf network architecture, including connectivity and performance troubleshooting.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Array Networks Load Balancer (LLB/SLB) environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot Server Load Balancing (SLB), Load Balancers, and WAF solutions.
- Administer and troubleshoot Cisco IPS/NIPS and Cisco Firewalls.
- Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPN, security rules, and traffic-related issues.
- Perform network performance monitoring, capacity analysis, and optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving routing, switching, firewall policies, load balancing, and application connectivity.
- Handle L2 escalations and coordinate with L3, OEMs, application, and infrastructure teams for complex incidents.
- Participate in incident, problem,



and change management activities.
- Perform configuration changes in accordance with established change-management processes.
- Analyze network/security logs and monitoring alerts to identify potential issues.
- Support network upgrades, migrations, technology refreshes, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and runbooks.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency using PowerShell, Python, or other automation tools.
