- Monitor and support daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality and safety standards.
- Operate and supervise production equipment and machines.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for smooth operations.
- Identify and report process deviations and machine issues.
- Follow 5S, safety, and company policies on the shop floor.
- Participate in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Eligibility:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
