- Create, update, and maintain accurate multi-level BOMs for recent product introductions
- Validate BOM against engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Coordinate with design, R&D;, sourcing, and manufacturing teams for BOM accuracy
- Ensure correct part numbers, descriptions, and revision control in ERP/PLM systems
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and reflect updates in BOM timely
- Identify missing components, duplicates, or inconsistencies in BOM
- Support cost analysis and component standardization activities
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure component availability for NPI builds
- Participate in prototype builds, pilot runs, and mass production readiness
- Ensure compliance with company standards and documentation practices
