Roles & Responsibilities -

- Plan and optimize manpower, layout, line balancing, and productivity for high-mix, high-volume production.
- Monitor and improve key IE metrics: UPH, UPPH, OEE, manpower productivity, and space utilization.
- Support NPI builds with fixture readiness, operator training, and line setup.
- Ensure test coverage, DFT compliance, and support debugging of failures.
- Ensure uptime of assembly tools, fixtures, and test equipment through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Implement lean practices (5S, Kaizen, SMED) and track KPIs like FPY, OEE, and DPMO.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, SCM, and Program Management to meet delivery, cost, and quality goals.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years in EMS industry with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
- Solid experience in SMT, THT, PCBA, and box-build processes.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
