Job Summary

Assistant Manager - International Sales - Vehant Technologies. Years of Experience: 5-6 Years (Export / International Business). Location: Noida. Work from Office.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow export sales across assigned regions (SAARC, MENA, Africa, APAC, etc.).
- Identify and pursue international tenders, RFQs, and project-based opportunities.
- Work closely with system integrators and partners to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
- Understand and position VMS, Video Analytics, FRS, and other physical security solutions effectively to partners and consultants.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and technical teams for solution design, BOQs, and compliance.
- Support POCs, demos, technical-commercial discussions, and customer presentations.
- Handle commercial negotiations, pricing alignment, and deal closures in coordination with management.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation, certifications, and country-specific requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.




- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and export sales reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Hands-on experience in export sales / international business development.
- Experience working with partners, system integrators, consultants, and enterprise/government customers.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, international pricing, and negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and multicultural environments.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology.
- MBA or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
