We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer for the FATP (Final Assembly, Testing, and Packaging) line. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end assembly operations, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily FATP assembly line operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure adherence to process SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Handle line balancing, manpower planning, and productivity improvement.
- Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and line stoppages.
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing) initiatives.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S and ESD practices on the shop floor.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and daily performance tracking.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of FATP processes and assembly line operations.
- Understanding of electronics manufacturing (EMS) environment.
- Experience in line setup, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, Fishbone, Why-Why analysis).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
