Role: Credit Analyst - Large Corporate
Location: Bangalore
CTC: As per company norms
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed credit appraisal and financial analysis of large corporate borrowers.
* Analyse financial statements, cash flows, ratios, leverage and debt servicing capacity.
* Evaluate working capital, term loan, project finance and structured credit proposals.
* Assess business model, industry outlook, management quality and associated risks.
* Prepare detailed credit notes, recommendations and risk assessments for approval.
* Conduct due diligence and identify key credit risks and mitigation measures.
* Monitor existing corporate accounts, loan utilisation, covenants and repayment performance.
* Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Business Teams, Risk, Legal and Operations for credit decision-making.
* Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines and risk parameters.
* Maintain a healthy credit portfolio through regular monitoring and review.
* 6 to 12 years in Corporate / Large Corporate Credit, preferably from Banks.
