About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator / Senior Network Engineer to support and manage a global 24x7 enterprise network environment across US and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in network infrastructure, security, cloud networking, firewalls, routing, switching, and application delivery technologies within a highly available financial services setting.

This role will work closely with NOC, Systems Operations, Database, and Helpdesk teams to design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot critical production infrastructure supporting real-time transaction processing and enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise LAN/WAN and cloud networking environments.
- Manage VPN (IPSEC/SSL), MPLS, SD-WAN, leased lines, and partner connectivity.
- Administer and troubleshoot advanced routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, QoS, and multicast.




- Configure and manage next-generation firewalls and security solutions.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates and network security controls.
- Support application delivery across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Perform network performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization.
- Manage circuits, vendors, ISPs, and third-party partner relationships.
- Conduct network security assessments and implement best practices.
- Deploy and support physical servers, virtual environments, and data communication infrastructure.
- Participate in infrastructure planning, architecture reviews, and technology strategy discussions.
- Provide incident management, troubleshooting, and on-call support when required.

Desired Qualifications

- 7-10 years of enterprise network engineering/administration experience.
- Strong OSI Layer 1-7 troubleshooting and packet flow analysis skills.
- Experience supporting PCI-DSS compliant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Wireless Controllers, Access Points, NAC, and Network Monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.
