Responsibilities

- Conduct quality and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and project guidelines.
- Analyze audit findings, identify error trends, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Provide constructive feedback, conduct refresher training sessions, and support new team members during the ramp-up phase.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to drive corrective actions and process improvement initiatives.
- Support project transitions and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure adherence to client policies, HIPAA regulations, and data confidentiality requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in AR is mandatory.
- Strong analytical,



data interpretation, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, typing, and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and adapt to different shifts and teams.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and process-driven skilled.
