Senior Data Scientist

About the Role

As an Senior Data Scientist, you will become part of a cross-functional engineering team building next-generation AI-powered products and solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable GenAI and Agentic AI systems that solve real-world business challenges. This role requires solid expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent architectures, and cloud-native AI solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and modern retrieval techniques.
- Develop intelligent agentic workflows and multi-agent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
- Architect scalable AI platforms and system designs that support enterprise-grade applications.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business workflows and customer-facing products.
- Utilize frameworks such as LangChain and related orchestration tools to build AI applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deploy and monitor AI solutions on cloud platforms while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence across AI initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical strategy, architecture reviews,



and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

- 6to 9 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering, building real-world products and solutions.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- LangChain
- Agentic AI frameworks and workflows
- Multi-agent system development

- Experience in system design, solution architecture, and scalable AI application development.
- Robust programming skills in Python and AI/ML development ecosystems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
- Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and MLOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

- Backend engineering experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
- Experience working with vector databases and AI observability frameworks.
