Purpose:

To ensure timely and accurate verification of customer purchase orders, efficient sales order processing in ERP, and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders to support business operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Day to day customer invoice generation as per company policy in ERP
- Booking vendor invoices after verification
- Verification and payment of employees voucher
- Verification of TDS and GST
- Vendor reconciliation
- Other Accounts related work

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, M.Com / MBA Fin Preferred
- Working knowledge in ERP paltform
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience of related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

Behavioral Attributes:

- Self-motivated individual contributor and great teammate with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate progress
- Valuable written and oral communication skills,
- Service provider mentality and business partner oriented.
- Strong time management, planning and reporting skills.

Must have Knowledge in MS Excel (advanced) & ERP
