Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Finance Controller to lead the Finance function and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board. This leadership role is responsible for driving financial discipline, business profitability, capital management, IPO readiness, fundraising, statutory compliance, and enterprise-wide financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, FP&A;, and Investor Relations.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, cash flow, and profitability analysis.
- Manage banking relationships, working capital, fundraising, and treasury.
- Oversee statutory audits, internal controls, and compliance (Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, FEMA, SEBI).
- Support SME IPO, private equity, due diligence, and investor communications.
- Establish financial governance, risk management, and ERP-driven financial processes.
- Partner with business teams on pricing, commercial decisions,



and cost optimization

. • Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring timely financial reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- MBA (Finance) and/or CFA qualification will be an added advantage.
- 1218 years of progressive finance experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in Technology or Manufacturing organizations.
- Robust exposure to fundraising, IPOs, banking, treasury, investor relations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent strategic planning, financial leadership, and business partnering capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive business growth through financial insights.
