Job Summary

Looking for energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executives to join our team in Chennai. The role involves field marketing, dealer and sub-dealer management, customer engagement, market development, and promoting TMT bars within the assigned territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in sales and field marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell TMT bars under the guidance and support of assigned dealers/sub-dealers.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with dealers and sub-dealers.
- Visit assigned dealer and sub-dealer counters on a daily basis and ensure regular market coverage.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Generate business opportunities and support achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer queries, concerns, and product-related requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, and other market stakeholders.
- Monitor product availability and ensure effective market coverage in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand demand, pricing, schemes, and competitor activities.
- Analyze competitors' products, pricing, schemes, promotions, and market availability.
- Share relevant market intelligence and competitor information with the reporting manager.
- Stay updated on TMT bar products, product features, industry developments,



and market trends.
- Contribute to territory growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.
- Prepare and submit regular field visit and sales reports as required.

Candidate Profile
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma; candidates with a background in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in field sales, marketing, business development, or a related role. Freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Knowledge of the construction, steel, TMT, or building-material industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a field-based role.
