Job Description Tech Lead / Architect

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Architect/Senior Developer to own the end-to-end delivery of a modern web application including frontend, backend, data layer, Azure cloud services, and CI/CD. This is a highly autonomous individual contributor role requiring architectural ownership and hands-on coding. Daily development must leverage AI-assisted coding tools, primarily Cursor AI, with strong familiarity with GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop frontend applications using React 18+, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Vite.
- Build REST APIs using .NET 8/C#, Azure App Services and Azure Functions.
- Develop event-driven Azure Functions integrated with Service Bus, Cosmos DB and Azure SQL.
- Own database schema design, EF Core migrations, Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
- Develop PowerShell 7 automation and WPF/C# desktop components where required.
- Own Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, testing and deployments.
- Drive architecture decisions, API design, security, RBAC and audit logging.
- Maintain automated testing using xUnit, Playwright and Pester.




- Work independently with product stakeholders and deliver production-ready solutions.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vite.
- Strong .NET 8/C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure Functions.
- Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Key Vault, Entra ID.
- EF Core, SQL & NoSQL database design.
- PowerShell 7 and/or WPF/C# desktop development.
- Azure DevOps Repos, Boards and Pipelines.
- Solid understanding of RBAC, authentication, authorization and audit logging.
- Hands-on experience using Cursor AI as the primary coding assistant; experience with GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT for AI-assisted software development, code generation, debugging, refactoring and productivity.
- Experience reviewing, validating and improving AI-generated code.
