We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Production Engineer with hands-on experience in SMT and FATP manufacturing processes within the EMS industry. The candidate will be responsible for production operations, manpower handling, productivity improvement, quality adherence, and achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle SMT & FATP production line activities.
- Manage FATP assembly operations, testing, packing, and shipment activities.
- Achieve daily production targets with required quality standards.
- Ensure 5S, safety, and discipline on the production floor.
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Monitor line productivity, cycle time, and output efficiency.
- Preparation of daily production MIS and shift reports .
- Coordinate with Quality, Process, Maintenance & Warehouse teams.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
- Hands-on experience in SMT & FATP manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing.
