HCLTech is inviting applications for the HR Team Intern role under the PMIS Internship Program. Mandatory Work Location: This is a Work From Office (WFO) internship, and selected candidates will be required to work from the HCLTech Navalur, and Sholinganallur Chennai campus for the entire internship duration.

Key Responsibilities (Indicative)

- Support HR team in sourcing and recruitment activities
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Assist in internship operations, onboarding, and documentation
- Maintain and track candidate information and reports




- Support campus and internship engagement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- UG: BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA
- PG: MA, MSc, MCom, MCA, MBA

Batch Eligibility

- Pass-out / Passing: 2024 / 2025 / 2026 (Preferred)

Other Criteria

- Indian Nationals
- Not currently employed full-time
- Must be willing to work from the HCLTech Navalur, Chennai office throughout the internship period.
- Good communication and coordination skills preferred.

Eligible Candidates Include:

- Final year full time UG / PG students
- Online / Distance education students

Not Eligible

- Candidates enrolled in Central/State apprenticeship or internship schemes
- Candidates who have completed NATS / NAPS
