Eligibility Criteria

- Should be currently on SME role for 6+ months Senior Associate with 2+years of experience in current role.
- Completed 1 year with nimble International
- Over all 5 + Years of Experience in RCM

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and coach team members, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Assign work, manage workflow, and ensure timely billing of claims and worked rejections and maintain TAT.
- Manage onshore communications, resolve billing discrepancies and report out daily, weekly and monthly.
- Track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and prepare regular reports.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
