Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage operations across multiple branches.
- Drive admissions, revenue, profitability, student retention and growth.
- Set and monitor KPIs for branch heads, centre managers, counsellors, faculty and support teams.
- Ensure consistent academic, operational and student-experience standards.
- Build, manage and develop strong branch leadership teams.
- Monitor branch-wise MIS, performance and productivity.
- Identify underperforming centres and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with Academic, Marketing, Admissions, HR and Finance teams.
- Develop and implement SOPs, systems and operational processes.
- Optimise manpower, infrastructure and operating costs.
- Analyse market and competitor trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Support the Founder & MD in strategic planning,



expansion and current centre development.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12+ years of experience, preferably in education, coaching, training or EdTech.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches / centres / locations.
- Competitive-exams coaching industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong business, commercial and financial understanding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, people-management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work directly with the Founder & MD and independently drive execution.
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred.
