The Senior Software Engineer, SAP Order to Cash is responsible for designing and delivering SAP solutions that enable effective and productive business outcomes for BMS. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive the design, development, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) capabilities. The position also supports integration with adjacent functional areas, including GTS, ATTP, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless end-to-end process execution. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of SAP OTC processes, cross-functional integration, and experience working in an FDA-regulated, GxP-compliant environment with validated system requirements.

- What Youll Be Doing
- Delivering Smart Solutions
- Design and implement world-class SAP S/4HANA solutions across Sales and Distribution and GTS (Global Trade Services) Modules
- Own full end-to-end SDLC delivery - from design and build through testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers, IT Business partners, Business, and other key stakeholders to help with the smooth implementation of new applications/capabilities and technologies.
- Connecting the Dots
- Drive seamless integration across Finance (FI), Supply Chain, Quality, Trade Compliance, and External Systems teams to ensure end to end process integrity.
- Integration knowledge of related SAP areas such as Inventory Management (IM), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (PP), Costing (CO), and Direct Procurement (PROC)
- Driving Cloud & AI Transformation
- Play a key role in our SAP RISE journey - cloud migration, S/4HANA modernization, and adoption of standardised, scalable, AI-enabled finance processes
- Leverage AI and intelligent automation for invoice processing, predictive cash application, and anomaly detection
- Use GenAI tools to accelerate documentation, test automation, and root cause analysis

- Ensure strong financial controls and audit readiness in line with SOX and GxP requirements

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience implementing projects in SAP Order to Cash with full cycle SAP implementations.
- Strong working knowledge of Order-to-Cash Business Process with Hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution
- Experience implementing SAP solutions and interfaces for Pharmaceutical industry, in FDA and GxP regulated environment is an advantage
- Exposure to validated SAP environments, SAP Fiori, BTP/CPI integrations, and enterprise delivery models, with understanding of GTS/Trade compliance, Tax, e-invoicing, and Global distribution processes
- A collaborative, global mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for continuous learning, AI adoption, and process innovation

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience with SAP RISE / cloud migration initiatives and an understanding of SAP AI capabilities
- Exposure to AI, intelligent automation, or GenAI in a delivery context
- Background in the pharmaceutical industry
- Integration knowledge of related SAP SD with areas such as Inventory Management (IM), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (PP), Costing (CO), and Direct Procurement (PROC)
