Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base within the corporate sector.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, approach, and convert new corporate clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Account Management: Manage key corporate accounts, understand client requirements, and provide tailored travel solutions including air, hotel, car rentals, and other related services.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to recommend effective sales tactics and maintain competitive advantage.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients, ensuring profitable business terms and compliance with company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing,



and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management; monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of corporate sales experience within a Travel Management Company (TMC) or travel-related service provider.

• Strong knowledge of corporate travel solutions, travel policies, and industry trends.

• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate sales setting.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
