- Own end-to-end configuration of complex, multi-component content across platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Interpret business inputs, map data variables, and prepare configuration structures that support accurate mail-merge and operational workflows.
- Partner with operations and technology teams to design validation steps and execute test plans prior to content release.
- Maintain explicit and structured documentation, including SOPs and operational references, to ensure repeatability and reduce errors.
- Enforce content governance and configuration standards by validating inputs and logic structures against defined conventions.
- Support onboarding and alignment of peers by promoting standards and best practices across content operations.
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in content operations, configuration,
or CMS administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Content Management Systems and configuration workflows.
- Proficiency in MySQL for querying, validation, and troubleshooting data issues.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured configuration logic and scalable solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting content, configuration, and release-related issues.
- Strong understanding of mail-merge processes and data variable mapping.
- Experience designing and executing validation steps and test plans before release.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain SOPs and operational references.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with operations and technology teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
