Position: IT Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, India

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Configure and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi, and operating system issues.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, and access management.
- Maintain IT assets, endpoint security, system updates, and coordinate with hardware vendors.
- Support meeting room technology and office IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience supporting , including device provisioning, troubleshooting,



software deployment, user support, and device management using Jamf, is highly preferred.

Qualifications

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Jamf, networking, and endpoint security
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
