Experience in agency recruitment, activation, and development
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record
Immediate joiners will be preferred

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, activate, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
Drive premium collection and achieve monthly business targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with advisors and customers.
Conduct regular training, motivation, and field support for agents.
Ensure business growth while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
