- 8 to 12 years of hands-on Functional experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules.
- The candidate must have Implementation Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in Compensation, OTL, Benefits Payroll.
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.
- Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements.
- Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing; regression testing.
- Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects.
- At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end to end implementations on above modules.
- Should have a good understanding of Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security.
- Experience in handling data conversions (HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula and BI Reporting is an added advantage

- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education / Professional Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor s or master s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or operations.
