Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement new research projects and studies to improve existing products and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct experiments and collect data.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop new methods and techniques for data collection and analysis.
- Prepare and present reports on research findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

- Master's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D;, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Robust knowledge of experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
