- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, servers, storage, and network devices.
- Perform routine health checks, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Manage backups, patching, system upgrades, and change activities.
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance of data center operations.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain operational documentation and support disaster recovery activities.
Required Skills:
- Experience in data center operations and infrastructure support.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and networking.
- Familiarity with monitoring, backup, and ticketing tools.
- Solid troubleshooting, incident management, and communication skills.
