Role: Associates- International voice Process

Work location: Hyderabad(Work from office)

- Schedule: 5 days a week (Rotational weekly offs)

Exp- 2yrs - 6yrs

CTC: 3.6 LPA - 7.5 LPA (Up to 9 LPA for exceptional profiles)

US Shift (Mostly Evening & Night Shift)

Qualifications

- Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in an international voice process / customer support ecosystem.
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and maintain high-quality service standards

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries and customers concern
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies




- Provide excellent customer service to the customers
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative setting
