Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
- Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, customization, and operations.
- Utilize Salesforce Lightning, Platform Events, and LWC to enhance user experience and system performance.
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of the Salesforce solutions implemented.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficient in Salesforce Platform Events and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
