About the Role:

Hiring for the position of Audio Cluster Manager, based in Hyderabad. This role will be responsible for driving and managing audio sales across all Bajaj Electronics and EMIL stores in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead and manage an in-house team of AV Managers and Brand Promoters to drive audio sales. Conduct regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and foster a cooperative work environment.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set clear sales targets and develop actionable strategies to exceed them. Regularly analyze sales data to identify gaps and implement improvements.
- Outlet Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across all EMIL outlets. Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and promoters to ensure smooth execution.
- Non-ISP Business Development: Identify opportunities and implement strategies to drive business growth in non-ISP outlets, while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance.
- Promoter Productivity: Track and enhance the productivity of In-Store Promoters (ISPs) across various brands through targeted training sessions, support, and performance monitoring.
- SKU Placement & Visibility: Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in stores.



Implement planograms effectively and coordinate with AV Managers for stock positioning and GRN processes.
- Store Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, store-specific relationships by understanding individual store requirements and promptly addressing concerns.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Manage stock levels efficiently across all outlets, oversee audio warehouse inventory, and ensure timely liquidation of End-of-Life (EOL) products.

Key Skills Required:

- Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably within the retail industry.
- In-depth understanding of LFR (Large Format Retail) and RR (Regional Retail) formats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in interpreting and utilizing sales data.
- Capability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Qualifications Required:

- Education Qualification: Bachelors degree.
- Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing sales teams, preferably within the retail sector.
