Required Qualifications

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience, preferably in an operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management context.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management Expertise: A proven track record of managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Financial Acumen: Strong experience in developing and managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and conducting financial reporting.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
- Problem-Solving:



Proactive in identifying project risks, developing robust mitigation plans, and resolving complex issues as they arise.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or a similar certification (e.g., PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience within the commercial real estate services industry.
- Process Improvement: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Sustainability Focus: Experience managing projects that successfully incorporate sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.
- Data-Driven Approach: Experience using data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform project decisions and report on performance.
- Advanced Education: An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is considered a plus.
