Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and technically sharp Senior Associate / Assistant Manager to join our
Transfer Pricing practice. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with meaningful responsibility from day
one - offering direct exposure to complex cross-border transactions, TP documentation, and advisory
assignments across diverse industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Transfer Pricing Documentation Compliance
Prepare and review TP documentation Master File, Local File, and CbCR.
Conduct functional analysis and economic analysis for related-party transactions.
Execute benchmarking studies using databases such as Prowess, TP Catalyst, or Bureau van Dijk.
Ensure timely compliance with Indian and international TP filing requirements.
Advisory Technical Work
Assist in TP planning, structuring, and risk assessment for intra-group transactions.




Support advisory work on OECD BEPS Action Plans, Pillar Two, and related developments.
Assist in drafting client memos, technical notes, and advisory deliverables.
Research applicable tax treaties, regulations, and emerging TP jurisprudence.
Client Engagement
Liaise directly with clients to gather data, respond to queries, and manage expectations.
Participate in client calls and meetings with supervision from senior leadership.
Contribute to preparation of client proposals, presentations, and engagement letters.
Litigation Dispute Support
Assist in preparation of responses to TP audit notices and information requests.
Support seniors in drafting submissions for assessments, appeals, and APA applications.

Qualifications Experience
Qualified CA/CMA/CS.
2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing, with a reputed CA firm or Big4.
Working knowledge of Indian TP regulations and OECD TP Guidelines.
Hands-on experience in preparing TP documentation and benchmarking analyses.
Skills Competencies
Technical Skills
Proficiency in TP benchmarking databases (Prowess, TP Catalyst, Royalty Stat, or similar).
Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for client deliverables.
Solid understanding of OECD TP methods: CUP, TNMM, CPM,



PSM, and RPM.
Professional Competencies
Sharp analytical and research skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication - capable of presenting to clients.
Ability to manage multiple engagements, meet deadlines, and prioritise under pressure.
