Role Summary:

The Project Management & Business Operations Lead is responsible for driving multiple operational projects, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving business performance through automation, analytics, and AI-powered Microsoft technologies. The role partners closely with operational leaders to deliver strategic initiatives, enhance reporting capabilities and optimize processes while ensuring governance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple concurrent operational and business improvement projects from planning through execution and closure.
- Create executive dashboards, reports and visual presentations using advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI to support operational reviews and business decisions.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Teams AI capabilities to improve productivity, reporting and operational efficiency.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through KPI tracking, performance analytics, forecasting and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, issue resolution and project governance.
- Identify and collaborate with Tech teams to automate repetitive processes using low-code/no-code solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, documentation standards and governance practices using Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.

Required Qualifications

Education-

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management or a related field.





Experience -

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Program Management, or Process Improvement roles.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools.

Certifications (Preferred Not Mandatory)

- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or Power BI certifications.
- Microsoft Copilot or AI-related certifications.

- Familiarity with predictive analytics, data modeling and business intelligence tools.
- Experience in operations management or global business environments.
- Understanding of emerging Generative AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption strategies.
