Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process in Hyderabad. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with international customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions with international clients.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year to 6 years of experience in an international voice/customer service process.




- Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
- Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational schedules, if required.
- Good problem-solving and active-listening skills.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods are preferred.

Compensation

Maximum Package: 4 LPA
