This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and support.
- Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Cisco Meraki network solutions, including wireless, switching, and security appliances.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Cisco Meraki solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on Cisco Meraki products and best practices.
- Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest Cisco Meraki technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Cisco Meraki solutions, including but not limited to Meraki Dashboard,



MR series access points, MS series switches, and MX series security appliances.
- Proficient in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as Cisco Meraki Certified Network Associate (CMNA) or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud-based networking solutions.
- Familiarity with network security best practices and tools.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for network management.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki products and solutions.
- Proven track record of successful network implementation and management.
