We are seeking an experienced SAP Labeling Solutions Specialist with 8+ years of SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP-integrated labeling solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting enterprise labeling solutions integrated with SAP ECC / S/4HANA.

Pharma / Life Sciences experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Labeling Solutions integrated with SAP ECC / S/4HANA.
- Provide expertise in SAP ECC Global Label Management (GLM).
- Design and maintain product, packaging, manufacturing, and shipping labels.
- Configure mapping of SAP master and transactional data to label templates.
- Implement and support Loftware Spectrum 4.7 or above.
- Work with Smart Forms, AEM Forms, and SAP Output Management.
- Ensure compliance with GS1, UDI, GHS and other applicable labeling standards.
- Troubleshoot SAP output, label generation, printing, and integration issues.
- Lead testing, UAT, documentation, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Provide production support and root-cause analysis for critical labeling issues.
- Work closely with SAP functional/technical teams, business users, manufacturing, warehouse, and supply-chain stakeholders.




- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior labeling resources.
- Support labeling solution enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projects.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of SAP experience with relevant SAP Labeling experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Labeling Solutions.
- SAP ECC Global Label Management (GLM) Deal Breaker.
- Strong SAP ECC knowledge and understanding of SAP business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Loftware Spectrum 4.7 or above.
- Strong experience with Smart Forms, AEM Forms, and SAP Output Management.
- Good understanding of barcode standards and enterprise printing systems.
- Knowledge of GS1, UDI, GHS and regulatory labeling requirements.
- Pharma / Life Sciences domain experience – Mandatory.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP SD functional knowledge.
- Experience leading SAP labeling implementation or rollout projects.
- Experience working with global labeling requirements.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and supply-chain labeling.
- Project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience working in regulated Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
