Position: SALES TEAM LEAD – RECRUITMENT

Experience: 4–6 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month

Key Responsibilities

- Take full responsibility for achieving monthly recruitment targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the recruitment team effectively.
- Assign roles and daily tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor individual and team performance against monthly targets.
- Follow up regularly and ensure team members complete their recruitment targets.
- Ensure all assigned vacancies are fulfilled within the given timeline.
- Conduct regular team reviews and guide team members to improve performance.
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.




- Prepare and report daily/weekly/monthly recruitment progress to management.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in recruitment/team leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and able to handle monthly recruitment targets.
- Ability to motivate, monitor and drive team members to achieve results.
- Solid follow-up and decision-making skills.
- Experience in team handling and recruitment is mandatory.
