Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: Graduation (MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Operations preferred)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

- Procure raw materials and packaging materials required for cosmetic manufacturing.
- Source and develop reliable vendors for chemicals, oils, fragrances, herbal extracts, active ingredients, bottles, jars, tubes, cartons, labels, and other packaging components.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, QA/QC, and Accounts to ensure timely procurement and material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Track supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and resolve procurement-related issues.




- Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Prepare procurement reports and MIS for management review.

Required Skills

- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of raw materials and packaging materials used in the cosmetics, personal care, pharma, or FMCG industry.
- Understanding of inventory management, purchase planning, and supply chain processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Purchase Management Software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities efficiently.
