Job Title: Field Supervisor

Job Description :

We are looking for a responsible and active Field Supervisor for textile job-work and production follow-up in Surat.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit different textile job-work units / khatas / vendors in Surat.
- Give new production programs, samples and work instructions to job-work units.
- Take regular follow-up of running production and ensure work is completed on time.
- Check work progress, quality and quantity during visits.
- Coordinate between our office and different job-work units.
- Collect samples/finished material and report production status to the office.
- Follow up with vendors for delayed or pending work.
- Maintain a daily record of programs given, pending work and completed work.
- Provide daily updates/report to management.





Candidate Requirements

- Own bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling locally within Surat throughout the day.
- Knowledge of Surat textile market, textile production or job-work units will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone is required.
- Candidate should be responsible, punctual and valuable at follow-up.
- Previous experience in textile/garment/embroidery production or field supervision will be preferred.
