The role involves connecting with potential clients and prospects across EMEA and North America, conducting outbound calls, and generating qualified business leads.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospects across EMEA and North America
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads
- Communicate professionally with international prospects
- Conduct online research to identify relevant companies and decision-makers
- Maintain and update lead and outreach data accurately
- Understand prospect requirements and capture relevant information
- Meet assigned outreach and lead-generation targets
- Skills & RequirementsGood English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident and comfortable speaking with international prospects
- Good computer knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Valuable interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Previous experience in international calling or lead generation is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
