- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through personal networking, referrals, and field activities.
- Meet prospective customers and analyze their financial needs.
- Recommend suitable life insurance and investment solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance.
- Provide after-sales service and policy renewal support.

- EligibilityMinimum Qualification: Graduate (12th Pass may be considered for experienced candidates as per company norms)
- Age: 21–45 years (flexible for experienced candidates)
- Experience:
0–5 years in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Finance, FMCG, Telecom, or Direct Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
