- Identify OEMs for Fire Alarm System & Accessories
- Identify OEMs for Fire Fighting Systems & Accessories
- Identify Distributors of all required OEMs
- Maintain rates list and keep updating every 15 days
- Make quotations and send to sales team / client
- Take procurement requirement from Ops team/ sales team
- Provide 4 comparatives for each requirement
- Identify vendors with good quality products
- Identify vendors for safety equipment / maintain list
- Plan dispatch as required
- Prepare PO for vendors
- Prepare e-way bills and challans for delivery
- Identify best transport / courier service for dispatch across India & Abroad
- Process all export formalities and paperwork.
- Handle logistics / dispatch
