Field Executive – ATM (FE-ATM)

Job Summary

The Field Executive – ATM will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned ATM/ADWM sites, ensuring cleanliness, availability, proper functioning, security, and timely resolution of issues through coordination with branches, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor approximately 40–50 ATMs in the assigned area.

- Visit each assigned ATM at least twice a month, once every fortnight.

- Check ATM cleanliness, maintenance, functioning, lighting, signage, AC, UPS, CCTV/e-surveillance and other equipment.

- Monitor ATMs for possible tampering, skimming devices, cameras, or other suspicious activity.

- Ensure power, cable and port connections are secured and not accessible to the public.

- Coordinate with branches, cash-in-transit agencies, vendors, caretakers, security guards and other stakeholders.

- Follow up for timely cash replenishment and resolution of ATM-related issues.

- Report shortcomings immediately and coordinate for rectification within the required SLA.

- Visit ATM sites during emergencies such as installation, replacement, vandalism, fraud, fire or flooding.





- Ensure approved and updated publicity material is displayed at ATM locations.

- Maintain proper visit reports and update required information through the designated system/application.

- Perform any other ATM-related duties assigned by the Bank.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Minimum Graduate.

- Age: 21–30 years.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year; preference for candidates from Service Industry/BFSI.

- Language: Local language – Read/Write/Speak; English – Read/Write.

- Candidate must be from the local area of the respective RBO/district.

- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.

- Must have a phone and ability to work with PC/mobile applications.

- Positive attitude and willingness to perform field-based responsibilities.

Location & Reporting

- Based at the respective RBO.

- Reports to the Field Supervisor – ATM; where a supervisor is not deployed, reports to the Bank's Channel Manager at RBO.

- The role involves regular field travel to assigned ATM locations.

Compensation

Approx. CTC: ₹27,000 per month, subject to the applicable salary structure and state minimum-wage requirements
