Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Job Responsibilities:Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with labour, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth site execution.
- Monitor work progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Check material requirements and coordinate for timely material delivery.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits when required.
- Maintain labour attendance and monitor productivity.
- Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Requirements:Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of construction and interior execution.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Candidates from Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai are preferred.
