The Finishing Touch Garden Studio is hiring a motivated Junior Site Supervisor for our Civil & Hardscape Division to manage on-site execution of luxury terrace gardens, exterior structures, and outdoor living spaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site execution for civil works, WPC decking, pergolas, tiling, and structural hardscaping.
* Coordinate on-site labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries to keep projects on schedule.
* Ensure site execution strictly matches approved 2D/3D design plans and technical specifications.
* Maintain daily site reports, material tracking, and progress updates for senior management.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (Freshers or 1 year of site experience preferred).
* Ability to read civil drawings, layouts, and technical site plans.
* Robust hands-on attitude, site leadership, and keen attention to finishing details.
* Willingness to travel across client sites in Kolkata.
