1. Senior Restaurant Staff / Senior Service Associate

Experience: 0–5 years in restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in a qualified and friendly manner.
- Manage table/service operations and ensure smooth customer experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Ensure food and beverages are served correctly and on time.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Guide and supervise junior restaurant staff.
- Ensure restaurant opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, table setup, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams during busy hours.
- Assist with billing, cash handling, and POS operations when required.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and restaurant presentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.

2. Junior Restaurant Staff / Service Associate

Experience: 0–2 years; freshers can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and assist them with seating.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service areas, and other guest areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and senior staff for customer orders.
- Assist customers with basic queries and requests.
- Support restaurant opening and closing activities.




- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with packing takeaway and delivery orders when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and colleagues.

3. Housekeeping / Cleaning Staff

Experience: 0–3 years in restaurant, café, hotel, or commercial housekeeping preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- Clean dining areas, tables, chairs, floors, windows, and common areas.
- Keep washrooms clean, sanitized, and properly stocked.
- Clean kitchen and back-of-house areas as instructed.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain waste segregation.
- Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are used safely.
- Assist with cleaning before opening and after closing.
- Immediately report maintenance issues, spills, damages, or safety hazards.
- Follow restaurant hygiene and safety standards.
- Support the restaurant team with basic cleaning and operational tasks when required.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
