Job Description – Telecaller / Sales ExecutiveRoyal Buildcon is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for an office-based Telecaller / Sales Executive position. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls, following up with leads, explaining property/project details, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

- Main Responsibilities & TasksMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in our projects.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective clients.
- Explain project details, offers, pricing, and other relevant information to customers.
- Maintain and update customer and lead records.
- Schedule site visits and appointments with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Convert qualified leads into potential sales opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding leads and follow-ups.
