Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for property sales and rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided databases

Explain property details such as location, pricing, amenities, and offers

Generate and qualify leads for sales and rental properties

Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients

Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback

Coordinate with the sales team to close deals

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally

Requirements & Skills:

Valuable communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local language]

Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Ability to handle rejection and work with targets

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling software)

Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
