Own deployment of recent/ changed

multi-functional processes for the branch

Information Management

·

Data Integration to the main

site, Publishing score card, branch MOL’s, All Data collation @ the branch

level

Audit/ Controls/ Assessments

Leading Branch Assessments (BAT),

Action Planning & Reviews

Coaching / Training

·

On-boarding SPOC for the branch,

Ensure b/room resources are trained & qualified, managing ongoing

performance reviews of his/her team members, ongoing coaching to team

members.
