Prepare, edit, and optimize manual VMC programs at machine control panel

Programming using G & M codes for VMC Turning machines

Interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications

Tool selection, tool offset setting, and prove-out of programs

Support VMC operators during setup and production runs

Ensure first-piece approval and maintain quality standards

Adhere to safety, quality, and production procedures

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Solid hands-on experience in Manual VMC programming

Knowledge of Control Fanuc, Siemens (preferred)

Good understanding of machining processes and cutting parameters

Knowledge of GD&T; and measuring instruments

Ability to work independently and handle multiple jobs

Qualification:

Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering

(ITI with relevant Manual VMC programming experience may also be considered)

Experience:

Minimum 5 to 12 years of relevant Manual VMC programming experience
