We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and eligibility clearly.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Convert leads into successful sales while achieving assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM/software.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and follow company policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good customer-handling and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English communication is preferred.
